Return policy:
We don’t accept return or exchange or refund.
But if there is any damage in the product it will be exchanged.
If you have any doubt in your size, please call us and confirm your size. We are more than happy to help you.
Damages and Issues :
Customer should take an unpacking video for any kind of damage claim or missing product or any issues for that matter . The video will be considered as proof. And we will note the package weight in the courier cover for missing pieces that will also be considered as proof . .Without the unpacking video, exchange will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or missing item . so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For all the above mentioned issues you have 1-week time to report to us . After that any claim will not be accepted strictly. Also exchange policy for defect items only, which means you have to ship it within a week after receiving your item.
We don’t have return pick up option . For any kind of exchange please courier it back to us .
